Age group to the world of martial arts. Through fun and engaging activities, children in the Little Ninja Gym programme will develop their motor skills, coordination, and basic martial arts techniques.
Under the guidance of our highly experienced instructors, children will learn discipline, respect, and focus, all while having a great time in a safe and nurturing environment. The programme is carefully designed to suit the attention span and physical abilities of 3-4-year-olds, ensuring that they are learning at a pace that is appropriate for their stage of development.
In addition to physical skills, the Little Ninja Gym programme also focuses on social and emotional development. Children will learn valuable life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. These skills will benefit them not only in martial arts training but also in their everyday lives.
The Mighty Dragonz programme is tailored for children between the ages of 5 and 6. Building upon the foundation established in the Little Ninja Gym programme, this programme continues to foster the development of motor skills, coordination, and basic martial arts techniques. At this stage, children are ready to take on more advanced challenges and expand their knowledge of martial arts.
Through engaging activities and interactive lessons, children in the Mighty Dragonz programme will further develop their discipline, focus, and respect. They will also learn the importance of perseverance and setting goals for themselves. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, children will gain confidence and begin to form a strong sense of identity and self-worth.
The Future Leaderz programme is designed for children aged 7 to 9 and is focused on their continued growth and development. In this programme, children will further refine their martial arts skills and techniques while delving deeper into the principles and philosophies behind martial arts.
The Future Leaderz programme places a strong emphasis on character development. Children will learn important values such as integrity, humility, and empathy. They will also develop leadership skills and learn how to be positive role models both inside and outside the martial arts studio. Through challenging workouts and meaningful discussions, children will be empowered to become confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals.
The Blackbelt Club programme is designed for children aged 10 to 14 who are ready to take on more advanced martial arts training. In this programme, children will continue to refine their techniques and expand their knowledge of martial arts.
The Blackbelt Club programme focuses on developing a strong sense of discipline, dedication, and perseverance. Children will learn goal-setting strategies and work towards achieving their black belt. They will also have the opportunity to participate in competitions and showcase their skills.
Our Martial Arts SA Studio is not just for children! We also offer adult classes in the traditional martial art of Soo Bahk Do. Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous martial arts experience, our adult programme is suited for individuals of all fitness levels and ages. Through comprehensive training, adults will improve their physical fitness, flexibility, and self-defence skills.
