With over two years of training at the renowned Om Yoga Studio in India, Molly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teaching. She specialises in Rishiculture Hatha Yoga, a gentle and mindful practise that is suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether you are a teenager or a wise soul in your 90s, yoga is for everybody. Molly believes in the power of yoga to transform lives and promote physical and mental well-being.
The studio offers group yoga classes with small class sizes of up to 8 students, ensuring personalised attention and guidance. New students can take advantage of a discounted rate for their first class by using the sign-up form on the website. The class timetable includes a variety of styles, such as Hatha, Yin, Shred, Chair, Menopause, Ante-Natal, and Kids Yoga. If the class you are looking for is not currently on the timetable, Molly is happy to add it based on demand.
In addition to group classes, Meadowside Yoga & Reflexology offers private 1-on-1 sessions, corporate yoga classes, and yoga retreats. These options provide a more tailored experience and allow individuals to deepen their practise or address specific goals and concerns. Yoga retreats are fully catered and held in beautiful locations in Wales, including Fforest Barn near Crickhowell and Cwm Connell in Pembrokeshire.
