Mend

Mend delivers exercise physiology in Byron Bay with a focus on functional strength training for bone health. It offers personalised 1:1 sessions and small semi-private groups of up to four, designed to support people managing osteopenia or osteoporosis. The studio is built for women who want guidance with strength training, safer exercise, improved mobility, and reduced injury risk. Mend also runs ONERO-specific sessions and works with both men and women.
