Experience the benefits of weight training during menopause at Cyclopark's 5-week clinic. Women going through menopause often lose muscle mass and accumulate abdominal fat. The clinic focuses on using heavy weights to stimulate muscle building cells and boost metabolism, providing the necessary strength-building stimulus as estrogen declines.
Incorporating weight training into your exercise routine can help slow down bone loss and reduce the risk of fractures and osteoporosis. It's not just about physical benefits though, regular exercise also helps improve mood and combat depression. At our clinic, you will learn proper techniques using dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells to maximise effectiveness.
