Our gym boasts a wide range of cardio equipment, carefully selected from top brands such as Nautilus and Cybex, ensuring you have the best tools to maximise your workouts. With over 40 resistance machines, you'll always find something to challenge and push yourself to new limits.

But Metcon Gym Whitworth is more than just a place to exercise. It's a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to living a healthier and fitter lifestyle. Our experienced coaches and trainers are here to guide and motivate you along the way, creating a positive and supportive environment for your fitness journey.

We offer a variety of membership options to suit your needs. Our Off Peak membership, priced at 20 per month, gives you access to the gym between 8am and 4pm, perfect for those who prefer quieter workout sessions. Our most popular option is the Full Membership, priced at 29. 99 per month, which gives you unlimited access to all classes, including online booking.

And the best part? No long-term contracts to tie you down!

At Metcon Gym Whitworth, we understand that consistency is key to achieving success. That's why we are open for your convenience from 6am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am to 4pm on weekends. No matter how busy your schedule may be, we have the flexibility to accommodate your fitness routine.

Speaking of classes, we offer a range of options to cater to different interests and fitness levels. Our Strength class, lasting for one hour, is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6. 00am. HIIT, a high-intensity interval training class that lasts for 45 minutes, is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

And for those looking to learn the art of boxing, we have a one-hour class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7. 00pm, as well as Fridays at 6. 30pm.
