Michelle Lang Yoga

Hello! I'm Michelle a Glasgow based Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master. I offer down to earth and nurturing yoga classes, which are intelligently sequenced and layered, meaning you can adapt the intensity to suit how you are feeling on the day. 

Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. We move mindfully, making connections between movement, breath and sensations that arise in different parts of the body.  My intention is to help you come home to yourself and feel an overall sense of peace and wellbeing.

I’m a senior teacher, teaching yoga in Glasgow for over a decade. I’ve enjoyed studying with Brenda Louw, Dawn Wright, Natalie Rousseau, Tiffany Cruikshank and others

My areas of specialism are Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Astrology Yoga. My interest in the chakras, energy body and natural world, inspired me to complete my Shamanic Practitioner and Reiki Master training. 

All of my classes are held at the Wellbeing Hub, apart from my Wednesday morning class, which I host at The Loft in Cambuslang.
