We specialise in offering private and small group sessions of traditional Pilates mat work for individuals of all levels. With a maximum of three clients per class, we ensure that each person receives focused, individual attention that is second to none.
Our studio is designed to provide a warm and inviting environment, creating a space where clients can feel safe and comfortable during their session. Galia, our experienced instructor, creates a welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and fully engage in your practise.
In each session, we utilise a variety of equipment including Therabands, balls, rollers, and other small props to provide extra resistance and create a dynamic and challenging workout. At Mindful Movement Pilates, we prioritise technique, correct posture, alignment, and quality of movement. By focusing on building your abdominal and back muscle strength while practising deep and gentle stretching with correct breathing, our sessions help your body regain flexibility, balance, and greater mind-body awareness.
We offer a range of classes to suit different needs and goals. Our private sessions provide personalised attention and are tailored to meet your specific requirements. For those who prefer a group setting, our small group sessions are perfect for fostering a sense of community and support.
