Having tried numerous fad diets, Mandy realised that the key to long-term success was finding a balance between calorie intake and physical activity. She started her fitness journey by taking up running, but it was her experience as a full-time reserve soldier for the British Army that introduced her to a different style of exercise and pushed her to new limits. During this time, Mandy also discovered the benefits of strength training and clean eating.
Today, Mandy maintains a clean and balanced diet while still allowing room for indulgence. She understands that everyone is unique and has found a personal balance that keeps her trim and healthy. With her extensive personal experience in trying different diets and exercise routines, Mandy is able to empathise with her clients and provide them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.
At Misfit PT, Mandy offers a range of services to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. She is a Level 3 Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer, certified by Active IQ. In addition to personalised workout programmes, Mandy also provides nutritional advice and plans to optimise her clients' overall health and well-being. To complement her fitness expertise, she also offers sports massage therapy to relieve muscle tension and promote recovery.
