Rusty spends his time in the gym with real athletes, experimenting with various protocols and constantly researching new ideas and methodologies.

Rusty's experience and qualifications are extensive. He is a nationally recognised Level 3 Personal Trainer and has coached sporting clinics for children in a diverse range of sports. Rusty maintains a high level of physical fitness and wellbeing and has extensive training in strength and conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, and MMA. He has over 20 years of experience in martial arts, as well as 7 years in hotel security, crowd control, and transport of valuables.

Rusty has also competed nationally and internationally in various sports and is a professional MMA fighter. He is qualified in advanced first aid and provides nutritional counselling and planning. Rusty is experienced in pre-season conditioning for sports such as cricket, soccer, AFL, and NRL, as well as fight training for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, and self-defence. He also offers elite training for special forces and rehabilitation, as well as bodybuilding.

He is highly motivated and result-driven, aiming to get his clients where they want/need to be.
