With a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, Betty is well-equipped to help patients with a wide range of conditions and injuries. She has worked with individuals undergoing pre and post-operative care, as well as those in need of elderly rehabilitation. Betty's expertise extends to the field of contemporary dance, where she has honed her assessment, treatment, and manual skills.

Betty is dedicated to taking a holistic approach to health and well-being, addressing not only the physical aspects but also promoting mental and emotional wellness. She believes in the importance of helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and lead healthier, more active lifestyles.

In addition to physiotherapy, M Massage Therapy also offers sports massage therapy. Martin, our sports massage therapist and personal trainer, has a passion for sport, health, and fitness. With a Master's degree in Physical Education and Society Studies, Martin is a registered level 4 sports massage therapist specialising in sports injury prevention. He is also a level 4 personal trainer and exercise specialist in lower back pain management.

Martin's personal passion for sport includes competitive road cycling, having completed the world-famous Majorca 312, Grand Fondo World Championship, and Fred Whitton Climbing Challenge. He has also taken part in endurance running events such as the London Marathon, Marathon Visiegrad, and several half-marathons.
