Welcome to Modo Yoga London West, located at 425 Southdale Road West, Unit B. Our studio prides itself on being a welcoming and inclusive space for yogis of all levels. We have been a part of this beautiful community for 20 years, offering hot yoga before it became a popular trend. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you deepen your practice and find peace on your mat.

We offer a variety of membership options to suit your needs and budget. Our Introductory Pass allows first-timers to enjoy 30 days of unlimited yoga at both London Studios for just $50. For regular practitioners, we offer a Monthly Auto-Renew Membership for $125 per month ($100 for students/seniors), providing unlimited yoga and discounts on retail and workshops. We also have a range of class packages available for purchase.

Both Modo Yoga London West and our sister studio, Modo Yoga London Downtown, are open 30 minutes before and after each scheduled class. Parking is available near both locations, with metered parking in front of the studio on Mill Street. For Modo Yoga London West, we are located in the Westwood Power Centre with ample free parking in the plaza.
