Mokoia Pony Club

Mokoia Pony Club is a vibrant and inclusive club located in the beautiful city of Rotorua, New Zealand. Situated in the leafy suburb of Tihiotonga, the club offers an ideal setting for horse enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. The club is conveniently located on Mokoia Drive, opposite Waiariki Bay of Plenty Polytechnic.

Mokoia Pony Club provides a warm and friendly atmosphere, with membership open to both riding and non-riding adults and children. Limited on-site grazing is available, making it an ideal place for horse owners. The club takes pride in its excellent facilities, including an arena, jump paddock, and access to the cross country course at Centennial Park (formerly the Rotorua Tree Trust).

The club aims to provide a supportive and fun environment for all members to ride safely and confidently. No matter your riding level, Mokoia Pony Club offers encouragement and instruction from experienced coaches at fortnightly ridden rallies. At Mokoia Pony Club, the safety, and well-being of members is a top priority. Health and Safety regulations and club rules are prominently displayed throughout the premises. Incident and accident forms are available in the main clubhouse and must be completed. Additionally, a fully stocked first aid box is conveniently located within the main clubhouse.

The club encourages members to voice any Health and Safety concerns or suggestions to a committee member, ensuring the safety of all individuals.
