Located in the picturesque Sunshine Coast, our studio boasts a naturally light-filled space with high ceilings and wall-to-wall windows overlooking Lake Kawana. The serene environment instantly creates a sense of calm and relaxation, making it the perfect setting for your wellness practise.
For those with little ones, we offer a crche located in the gym below our studio. While you focus on yourself, you can rest assured that your children are being supervised in a safe and stimulating environment.
