Fiona’s worked with all kinds of sports teams and used to team up with physios in clinical settings, so she truly gets injury rehab and managing chronic pain. She’s all about personalised treatment plans, whether you’re bouncing back from an injury or just keen on unwinding.

And hey, don’t forget about our Reformer Pilates, guided by the awesome Lucy Freeman. Lucy’s classes take it slow and steady, strengthening muscles and boosting flexibility without the rush. She makes sure you find joy in the movements—no forcing, just good vibes.
