With 26 weekly classes, our studio offers a range of options to suit every individual's needs. Our classes include Alignment Yoga, Pilates, Roll Model Method, Hip & Back Care, Kids & Teens, and more. We have carefully selected over 10 world-class teachers who are mechanics and therapeutic-focused, ensuring that you receive the highest quality instruction to support safe movement.

In addition to our in-studio classes, we also offer the flexibility to practise from home. All of our classes are live-streamed via Zoom, allowing you to join in from anywhere, even if you can't make it to the studio.
