Personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach for several years, Luke decided to pursue further education and completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Luke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every training session, focusing on individualized programming to help clients reach their fitness goals.
