She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health and a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Jessica is dedicated to providing client-centred care using evidence-based treatment through exercise.

This allows for a large range of exercises and variety within individualised exercise programmes.
