Your class, such as leggings or shorts and a supportive top. It is recommended to bring a towel and water bottle as well. For pole fitness classes, it is important to wear shorts to ensure proper grip on the pole. However, if you are not comfortable wearing shorts, you can wear leggings or tights with a fitted top.

For aerial hoop classes, leggings, or tights with a fitted top are suitable. It is also recommended to remove any jewellery or accessories that may scratch or get caught on the equipment.

Do I need any prior experience? No prior experience is necessary to join our classes. Our instructors are experienced and will guide you through each class, regardless of your fitness level or background. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience in pole fitness or aerial hoop, we have classes that cater to all skill levels.

Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.

How long do the classes last? Classes typically last for one hour. This includes a warm-up, conditioning exercises, learning and practising moves, and a cool-down and stretching session. The duration may vary depending on the class type and level.

We recommend starting with one or two classes per week to build strength, flexibility, and technique. As you progress, you may choose to increase the number of classes or try different class types to challenge yourself.
