My Pilates East

My Pilates East, located in Hunstanton, Norfolk, UK, is a Pilates studio that offers both group classes and private sessions. The studio is owned and operated by Liz Pallant, a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for promoting ease of movement and confidence in her clients.

Private Reformer classes, held face-to-face at the studio, offer a personalised and tailored Pilates experience for a maximum of three people. These classes are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, providing clients with the opportunity to receive individual attention and guidance in a supportive and intimate setting.

Group mat classes at My Pilates East are conducted either as live streams or pre-recorded sessions via Zoom. These classes are small, relaxed, and informal, creating a comfortable environment for clients to learn and practise Pilates. With a focus on “Whole Body Health,” Liz encourages and supports clients to move at their own pace and ability, while building a deeper awareness of their body and how it moves.

At My Pilates East, Liz believes that awareness is the greatest agent for change, and she strives to help her clients develop a deeper understanding of their bodies and a sense of well-being through her Pilates classes. Her classes promote not only physical strength and flexibility but also mental and emotional well-being, allowing clients to feel greater ease and confidence in their daily lives.
