Modalities and practises. My journey led me to complete my Yoga Teacher Training through the Sivananda tradition, where I was spiritually initiated with the name Nadapriya, meaning “she who creates the sound of the Divine.

Over the years, my path as a yoga teacher, music therapist, and healer has evolved, allowing me to offer a unique and holistic approach to my students and clients. I specialise in four arms of Nadapriya, which include workshops and gong baths, weekly classes both in-person and online, personalised 1-2-1 sessions, and transformative retreats and trainings.

My classes are centred around creating a soulful and integral practise that reconnects individuals to their true essence. I believe in providing accessible practises and teaching from a trauma-informed perspective, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and included. Through the use of mantra, breath, mudra, movement, and meditation, I guide my students towards self-exploration and self-empowerment.

In addition to my yoga teaching, I am an experienced crystal healer, sound therapist, and gong master. I have led ceremonies and healing sessions in some of London's top yoga and wellness studios, providing a unique and transformative experience for my clients. My knowledge and expertise in these modalities further enhance the holistic approach I offer.

I am passionate about continuous learning and growth. I strive to expand my knowledge and skills to better serve my students and clients. Furthermore, I have undergone extensive training and hold various qualifications in yoga, crystal healing, sound therapy, and more. Each class, workshop, or session I offer is infused with the wisdom and traditions of ancient yogic practises, creating a balanced and harmonious experience.
