Nadia Gymnastics Club

Nadia Gymnastics Club, located in Ballina, is a gymnastics centre dedicated to inspiring, encouraging, and facilitating the pursuit of excellence for every gymnast. The club offers a range of programmes for children of all ages and skill levels, including MiniGym (ages 3–5 years), RecGym (ages 6–11 years), TeenGym (ages 11–16 years), GymStart (ages 6+), and Squad training by invitation only.

The coaching team at Nadia Gymnastics Club is made up of qualified gymnastics coaches who are registered with Gymnastics Ireland, Garda vetted, safeguarding certified, and health and safety aware. Many of the coaches are former Nadia gymnasts who have learned the trade through the club's apprenticeship leader programme before gaining coaching qualifications. The team has a clear vision of putting the children first in all aspects of club activities.

The club was founded by Eileen, the CEO, and senior management team leader, who introduced gymnastic classes in Ballina schools in 1980. She founded Nadia Gymnastics Club in 1985, opened Nadia Gym in 1994, and extended the facility in 2016. With a commitment to providing a fantastic facility, expertise, and opportunities for the young people in the community, Nadia Gymnastics Club has flourished over the years and become a significant part of many children's lives.

Theresa, the club's senior management team member and club administration manager, is responsible for overseeing the recreational programmes, coaching, and judging. With qualifications in Level 3 WAG Senior Coach, WAG National Judge, and a B. Ed in Movement Studies, Theresa plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the club and the safety and welfare of all members.
