Nalini Physio+yoga is a warm and welcoming physiotherapy centre and yoga studio located in Saint-Georges. Our studio brings together a group of passionate yoga and pilates teachers who are dedicated to sharing their love for these practices. Combining physiotherapy and yoga has been a dream come true since 2018, and our unique offering in the region allows you to take charge of your well-being through the use of breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas), visualization, and the knowledge and techniques of physiotherapy.
