Welcome to Namaste House Yoga School & Studio. Located on the Dublin Road in Drogheda, County Louth, Namaste House is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. Our custom-built studio offers a wide range of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we have something for everyone.
If you are new to yoga, we recommend starting with a beginners 6-week course to help you understand the different styles and find what suits your body, mind, and lifestyle. Our experienced teachers are here to guide you on your yoga journey and help you achieve your goals.
At Namaste House, we believe in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for our students. Our studio is a place where you can feel at home and fully immerse yourself in your practise. Our teacher, Alison, is a highly experienced and knowledgeable instructor who will guide you with warmth, humour, and expertise.
