Natalie's journey with Pilates began after she experienced back pain and sciatica following the birth of her children. Seeking relief, she discovered the incredible benefits of Pilates and soon became pain-free and energised. She then pursued her certifications in Pilates, allowing her to share the transformative effects of Pilates with others.
At Natalie Wood Pilates, the focus is on improving both physical fitness and mental well-being. Pilates not only strengthens the body but also enhances balance, coordination, body control, and awareness. It is a low-impact workout that can be modified to suit individuals of all fitness levels, making it accessible to everyone from gym enthusiasts to those new to fitness.
Whether you prefer in-studio or online classes, Natalie Wood Pilates offers options to suit your needs. In-studio group mat classes take place at the Phillip Island Leisure Centre, providing a fun and energising environment for beginners to intermediates. All exercises are modified to accommodate different fitness levels. Online mat classes are conducted via Zoom, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home.
These classes are mixed level and designed to increase fitness levels, leaving you feeling fantastic.
