Jakob wants to let everyone know about the National Training Centre in Abbotsford. It's not just a gym - it's a place to train for life. The programs there not only boost fitness but also help build some key life skills.
For those interested in martial arts and self-defence, the Centre offers a variety of styles, like Defendo, Western Boxing, Kickboxing, Jujitsu, and Russian Systema. There are programs for kids, teens, and adults, so the whole family can join in.
Jakob believes in promoting personal leadership, resilience, and self-reliance through the Centre's programs and events.
