She has also worked with clients in both individual and group settings.

As an ex-professional dancer, Kate has personally experienced the benefits of Pilates for over 20 years. Pilates has helped her throughout her dance training, aided in rehabilitation after illness and surgery, and supported her during pre/postnatal stages as a mother. With her wealth of knowledge and personal experience, Kate is dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of Pilates.
