The typical resistance training session at Nautilus Fitness lasts between 25–30 minutes, with most clients opting for two sessions per week. However, the frequency of sessions is discussed and determined on an individual basis to ensure the most appropriate programme is chosen. During each session, clients complete around 12-14 individual exercises, aiming to perform 8–12 repetitions on each one. While there may be exceptions based on individual assessments, this is generally an excellent starting point for clients.
