NB Dance Fitness is a vibrant and energetic dance company based in Dublin, founded by the talented Niamh Branigan. With a background in acting and a passion for dance, Niamh brings a unique and dynamic flair to her classes.
Niamh's classes are designed to make you sweat and feel incredible. Combining dance moves with HIIT style workouts, you can expect to burn between 400–600 calories in one class. Each session starts with a good stretch to warm up and ends with a fun and energetic song to let loose and enjoy yourself.
Currently, Niamh offers Zoom classes as well as in-person classes. She teaches groups of Transition Year students at Loreto St. Stephen's Green and hosts Dance Fitness classes for ladies at local community centres. Niamh is also available for One-to-One sessions, Hen Parties, Team Bonding events, and Birthday Parties.
