Classes are available from Monday to Saturday, providing flexibility for busy schedules.

Nerida Glanfield, the studio's owner and instructor, is a highly experienced and qualified yoga teacher. Trained by American master teacher Baron Baptiste, Nerida has been teaching power yoga for nearly 15 years. She aims to create a sense of community among her students, ensuring that each individual feels seen and supported. Regardless of age or ability, Nerida Yoga promises to deliver all the wonderful physical and mental benefits that yoga has to offer.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, Nerida Yoga is an inclusive and friendly space for everyone. Nerida Yoga opened its doors in Kardinya in January 2010. Nerida herself has a deep passion for yoga and has been teaching dance for over 25 years. She was drawn to yoga as a dancer and spiritual seeker, recognising its transformative qualities. Initially learning through books, magazines, and videos, Nerida's journey took a significant turn when she discovered Baron Baptiste's “Journey Into Power.

” Since then, she has attended yoga teacher training with Baptiste multiple times, continuously expanding her knowledge and skills as a yoga teacher and practitioner. While Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga forms the foundation of her classes, Nerida is constantly researching and incorporating new ideas into her ever-evolving classes.

In addition to her dedication to yoga, Nerida holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management from the WA Academy of Performing Arts. She has also served as the Manager of the Goldfields Arts Centre for 12 years. In 2021, she completed a Master of Arts in Studies in Religion from the University of New South Wales.
