If you're new to Pilates, we recommend signing up for our beginners' classes. Pilates has key principles that require time and practise to master, and our beginner classes will provide you with a solid foundation. Once you feel confident, you can then choose your preferred class day, time, and frequency going forward.
For those who are experienced in Pilates, we offer a range of classes to suit your preferences. Whether you enjoy daily practise or prefer a once-a-week session, we have options for everyone.
If you're currently injured or recovering from an injury, our one-to-one, or group Clinical Pilates sessions led by our physiotherapists are the right choice for you. Before joining our class, you will need a 1-1 initial assessment with a physiotherapist. This assessment allows us to understand your injury status and medical background, ensuring your safety during the classes. In some cases, further rehabilitation or 1:1 Pilates may be required before joining the class, but most clients are able to join immediately following their assessment.
