Operating primarily from Lossiemouth East Beach, New Wave Surf School has a dedicated surf hut with changing rooms and a board store, ensuring convenience and comfort for all their students. In 2023, they introduced Teen Surfing for Wellbeing Sessions, providing a block of sessions specifically designed for secondary school children in the local area. These sessions offer a unique blend of surfing, mindful activities, beach safety, and rescue techniques.

For those who are already familiar with surfing and want to take their skills to the next level, New Wave Surf School offers the Lossie Surf Club. This club is open to surfers who have already taken lessons with the school and want to continue developing their abilities. Lossie Surf Club focuses on creating a surfing community, where surfers can meet, share their stoke, and progress together. The club sessions are tailored to the conditions of the day and may include surf skate training, surf fitness, rescue techniques, surf forecasting, and surfing techniques.

New Wave Surf School also offers paddle board lessons, providing an introduction to this popular water sport. Lessons take place in the picturesque Lossiemouth estuary, known for its ideal paddleboarding conditions. All necessary equipment, including wetsuits, paddle boards, and paddles, are provided. Participants should be able to swim 50 metres unaided and feel comfortable in a water environment.

Teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
