About
Dean and the team at No Duff UK CIC are here to support your mental health, especially if you've served in the Military, 999 Services, NHS, HMP Service, or Animal Rescue Services. They know the challenges you face and aim to break the stigma around mental health.
No Duff UK believes not all wounds are visible and offers help to those feeling isolated. A mental health diagnosis shouldn't be a worry; they're here to assist you every step of the way.
Their team includes serving and former service personnel, alongside civilians, working closely with The Wonderland Community Centre in St. Helens. They support both current and retired personnel and extend their help to Ukrainian people in the UK and Ukraine.
Dean and his team know mental health issues impact families too, and they’re committed to supporting everyone affected. You don't have to face this journey alone—reach out and join a community that genuinely cares and acts to make a difference.
