This Pilates studio is dedicated to healing through movement and offers a range of specialised services including rehabilitation, sports performance training, private consultations, and classes in Reformer, Mat, and Barre Pilates.
At Northern Rivers Pilates, the instructors follow the principles of movement and the original exercise format developed by Joseph Pilates. By training the body concentrically or eccentrically, they help weaker muscles become more aware of their role, allowing the more dominant muscles to settle into a better pattern of movement. This programme includes 10 levels of Pilates practise that can be done at the client's own pace. With a one-time payment of $79, clients gain lifetime access to the programme, providing exceptional value and flexibility.

The studio operates from Monday to Thursday, with opening hours from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM. On Fridays, the studio closes at 12:30 PM. Northern Rivers Pilates also occasionally hosts client workshop series, taking place once a month. On Saturdays and Sundays, the studio is closed for workshops to provide clients with a dedicated learning environment.
