Join the North Essex Weightlifting Club in Saffron Walden and elevate your weightlifting game! Known as NEWC, this club is proud to be a British Weightlifting affiliate, offering fantastic facilities at Bearwalden Crossfit. Whether you're an aspiring lifter or simply want to add weightlifting to your training, NEWC provides all the resources and guidance you need to succeed.
Coach Sam Parke, with 15 years of experience, leads the club alongside Coaches Mark Hammerston, Lewis Shepard, and Chris Wright. All are fully qualified, licensed, and insured, ensuring you train in a safe, professional environment.
NEWC offers courses for all levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors, as well as strength and conditioning courses for athletes. Non-members are welcome, and Bearwalden Crossfit members enjoy discounts.
Special block course packages are available for schools, sports clubs, and associations, enabling group training with expert coaching.
Check out weightlifting sessions on Mondays at 7:00 PM, Wednesdays at 8:00 PM, and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.
