NRG Gym Alexandra—right here in our beautiful town of Alexandra—is not just your average gym. Part of the NRG Health & Fitness chain, we're on a mission to build healthy communities across Central Otago and Southland.
Our gym is loaded with top-notch fitness gear and is open 24/7. We've also got a bunch of Les Mills Group Fitness Classes led by some of the most motivated instructors around. These classes are a great way to test yourself and enjoy some dynamic workouts with mates.
Whether you’re looking for a short-term commitment or something longer, we’ve got you covered with 3, 6, and 12-month memberships starting from $20 a week. Just want to pop in occasionally? We offer casual gym visit passes too.
But it’s not just about the fitness. At NRG Gym Alexandra, we’re all about creating a supportive and motivating environment. We run regular member challenges to keep everyone engaged and have a packed timetable of group fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels.
