About
Oadby Yoga runs yoga classes in Leicester, with sessions available both in person at its purpose-built studio and online via Zoom. The studio teaches beginners' yoga, and also supports people who want to deepen an existing practice through Hatha, Somatic Morning Yoga, and Dynamic Flow and Power Yoga. With a focus on correct alignment, breathing, and small class sizes for full attention, it suits people looking to improve mobility, strength and stress management.
