Our classes include Holistic Flow Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Pilates. We also offer room hire and training opportunities for those looking to deepen their practise or embark on a new teaching journey. Additionally, we organise yoga retreats, workshops, and sound therapy sessions to provide a holistic approach to wellness.

If you prefer to practise from the comfort of your own home, we offer online classes via Zoom. With a full schedule available, you can join our classes at a time that suits you. Our online library provides pre-recorded classes for you to practise anywhere and anytime you choose.

For those new to yoga or looking to enhance their skills, we offer specialised workshops and courses. Our “Yoga for Beginners & Improvers” programme led by Louise is a six-week workshop that covers the foundations of gentle flow, yin, and restorative yoga. This programme is perfect for beginners or individuals looking to revisit the fundamentals of their practise.
