OMAC Martial Arts Hamilton (Ancaster) is a martial arts school focused on Taekwondo training for kids, teens, and adults. The program blends skill-building with confidence, leadership, and bully-proofing self-defence concepts, plus health and wellness through physical fitness and mindfulness. In Ancaster, families can also find after-school pick-up support, seasonal camps, and birthday parties led by Masters and Instructors.
