Sharon is a CYA-E-RYT 550hrs Gold Yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching experience. Her trainings include Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, Pre-Natal, Yin, Anusara, and Ashtanga Yoga. With over 10,000 classes taught since she began teaching in 2000, Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes.
