Our garden studio provides a tranquil and secluded space for our intimate classes, where you can unwind, strengthen your body, and calm your mind. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our gentle yet strengthening style of yoga is sure to leave you feeling energised and relaxed.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer yoga retreat days, private sessions, mentoring, and yoga training. We are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for all, which is why we ask our clients to refrain from wearing fragranced products to the studio. We occasionally use organic essential oils to enhance the ambiance, so please let us know if you have sensitivities.
