From hatha and power yoga to yin, prenatal, and restorative classes, there is something for everyone at Open Door Yoga.
In addition to regular classes, Open Door Yoga also offers a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program for those looking to deepen their practice or pursue a career in teaching yoga. The program provides practical instruction on how to teach a safe, comprehensive yoga class, allowing participants to inspire and teach from the heart.
Open Door Yoga also hosts workshops and events, providing opportunities for students to further explore different aspects of yoga and connect with the community. Affordable yoga passes are available for purchase, including an Intro Pass for new students and a variety of multi-session passes for regular practitioners.
One unique feature of Open Door Yoga is their Home Practice program, which allows members to practice with their favourite teachers from the comfort of their own homes. Monthly members can access this program for free, while all other pass holders can subscribe for a nominal fee.
