Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Commercial Drive in East Vancouver, our studio is easily accessible by public transportation and offers a spacious and cozy space for students to practice yoga. Our experienced and passionate teachers are dedicated to helping students reinvigorate their mind, body, and soul through the practice of yoga.
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer specialty workshops and events, including prenatal workshops for expecting mothers. Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program provides practical instruction on how to teach a safe and comprehensive yoga class, allowing aspiring teachers to inspire from the heart.
