In addition to our physiotherapy services, we also offer group physiotherapy classes. These sessions are designed to help you with musculoskeletal goals and are led by a specially qualified physiotherapist. Incorporating a variety of clinically prescribed exercises from Pilates, neuromuscular retraining, strength and conditioning, and self-release techniques, our group physiotherapy sessions are specifically tailored to each participant. With a maximum of 4 participants, these sessions are progressed at your pace to facilitate timely achievement of your goals.

The cost for our group physiotherapy sessions is $50 on a casual basis or $232. 50 for a pre-purchased pack of 5 sessions, which can be rebated by private health insurance as PH560.

Furthermore, we collaborate with Sarah Jane Pilates to offer pilates sessions. Sarah Jane Pilates is a highly skilled team that provides pilates classes for various needs. Our fully equipped studio, located on the corner of McLeod and James Streets in Cairns, offers a range of equipment including clinical-grade reformers, full-size trapeze table, Wunda chair, small barrel, ample mat space, Bosu, fit balls, rocker boards, foam rollers, therabands, and self-release tools.
