Mathias takes a no-nonsense approach to training, starting by understanding each client's specific needs and goals. Whether it's weight loss, strength building, or improving overall fitness, he tailors each workout to suit individual preferences and accommodate any injuries or limitations. The goal is to develop challenging yet enjoyable workouts that will push clients to achieve their desired results.

These include personal training, online customised coaching, online training packages, nutrition coaching, and life and mindset coaching. Mathias believes that a holistic approach to health and fitness is essential, recognising the influence of mindset and nutrition on physical well-being.

Drawing from his extensive sporting background, Mathias brings a wealth of experience to his coaching practise. He has represented the Chilean National Mountain Biking Team and holds a black belt in Karate. In addition, he is skilled in tennis, soccer, running, triathlon, surfing, and swimming. Mathias holds various certifications, including Certificates III and IV in Fitness, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Certified Rehab Trainer, Level 2 Functional Movement Systems accredited, Australian Institute of Sport Coaching Principles, and a Senior First Aid Certificate.

Mathias's expertise extends beyond fitness coaching. With an engineering and MBA background, he previously worked in corporate roles focusing on marketing and sales. He also works as a Life and Mindset Coach, supporting individuals who want to make positive changes in various aspects of their lives.
