At Original Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan, we offer a flexible learning experience. Our classes include specialised Chi Kung exercises, the Short and Original Long Forms, Sword and Spear Forms, the very original Fast Form, Push Hands exercises with a partner, and Self-defence applications. Whether you want to practise Tai Chi for health benefits or wish to explore other disciplines within Tai Chi, we cater to your needs at the highest level.
We also have specialised classes for the elderly and those suffering from poor circulation, blood pressure, heart disease, or balance disorders. Our Rehabilitation Classes for heart patients and audiology patients at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals can be accessed with a referral from your GP. Over the past twenty years, in collaboration with hospital consultants, we have researched and developed 'Clinical Tai Chi' for these specialised courses. To make your learning experience as convenient as possible, there is no set uniform or outfit required. Just come in comfortable clothes and flat shoes, such as training shoes.
