CrossFit. This was a significant achievement as we became one of Auckland's pioneering affiliates. The success and growth of Zealous CrossFit led us to rebrand as Overflow CrossFit, a name that reflects our desire to go beyond limits and spread positivity and excellence.
Located in Avondale, West Auckland, Overflow CrossFit is easily accessible with nearby motorway access. Our gym operates in partnership with Decile One, providing our members with a unique dual membership opportunity. This partnership also allows our members access to Decile One's extensive 24/7 gym, which offers a wide range of equipment, including speciality Strong Man gear.
At Overflow CrossFit, we offer a variety of classes to cater to different fitness levels and goals. Our Elements Class is perfect for beginners who have never tried CrossFit before. This class provides a solid foundation and introduction to the CrossFit training methodology. We also offer Drop-In CrossFit classes, where members have full access to over 20 different classes.
Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit athlete or a beginner, we have classes that suit your needs.
Our ultimate aim at Overflow CrossFit is to see people thrive together. We believe that the confidence, tenacity, and mental fortitude developed through our workouts extend well beyond our gym's walls and positively impact our members' daily lives. Overflow CrossFit is open six days a week, with classes running from Monday to Friday, 4pm-7pm, and Saturdays from 7am-10am. We are located at 52 Fremlin Place in Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand.
The name Overflow represents our commitment to spreading joy, hope, peace, and love by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe that all that is good should overflow in our lives and the lives of others. We have been blessed with our previous gym, Zealous CrossFit, and now with the opportunity to expand and carry our community into a new phase, we believe that God has overflowed our cup to bless others.
Overflow CrossFit's history includes our humble beginnings training in our family's garage, gradually accumulating equipment and building a community of friends and family members who shared our passion for CrossFit. Through competitions and building relationships within the wider CrossFit community, we nurtured our dream and eventually established our own box in Avondale in 2012.
