Whether you're a seasoned watersport enthusiast or a beginner looking for new experiences, SUP is the perfect activity for you. It is also an excellent choice for individuals seeking a low-impact workout to recover from joint injuries.
If you're up for an added challenge, why not try SUP yoga or SUP Pilates? These activities provide an extra level of intensity while still enjoying the tranquility of the water.
Paddleboarding Adventure operates all year round, ensuring that you can enjoy this thrilling experience regardless of the season. However, please note that from October to April, it is mandatory to wear wet suits and water shoes. Don't forget to bring a towel or robe for when your session comes to an end!
