Leeds Gymnastics Club is excited to announce our upcoming Parents and Tots Gymnastics open play sessions! If you're looking for a fun and engaging activity for your little ones, these sessions are perfect for introducing them to the amazing world of gymnastics.
During these sessions, children up to school age will have the opportunity to explore and play on all the fantastic gymnastics apparatus we have to offer. From the floor to the rings, foam pits to bars, and trampolines to boot, our little gymnasts will have a blast trying out different skills and movements.
It's important to note that these sessions are not coach-led classes. Instead, they provide a more relaxed and unstructured environment where toddlers can get familiar with the equipment and let their imaginations run wild. We believe that giving them this freedom encourages their natural curiosity and helps develop their physical abilities.
For a total of 45 minutes, your little ones will have the chance to jump, tumble, and explore in a safe and supervised setting. However, we kindly request that attending adults take responsibility for their own children during the session.
If you're interested in more structured classes for your little gymnast, we also offer Pre-School classes, where our experienced coaches provide guidance and instruction tailored specifically to their age group.
