The Path of Yoga teachers, Amy, Chris, Katrien, and India, are experienced and dedicated practitioners who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love for yoga. They blend traditional yogic teachings with modern sports science, providing you with a well-rounded and comprehensive education.

Whether you choose to join a live yoga teacher training in Thailand, India, or Peru, or opt for the online programme, you can expect a deep and immersive experience. The small-group setting ensures that you receive personalised attention and guidance, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Our teacher trainings and retreats are not only focused on gaining knowledge and skills, but also on self-transformation. We believe that yoga is a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement, and our programmes reflect that. You will have the opportunity to delve into the practise of yoga, deepen your understanding of its philosophy, and cultivate a strong foundation for teaching.

Path of Yoga carefully selects locations that are serene, beautiful, and conducive to deep work. Our retreat centres are situated in nature, away from the distractions of the modern world, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your practise. However, they are conveniently located within an hour of an airport and close enough to towns for you to enjoy sightseeing and exploring during your free time.

During the training, the teachers live with you in the retreat centre and meals are shared together. This intimate setting provides you with unparalleled access to the teachers and fosters a sense of community and support. At Path of Yoga, we prioritise your growth and ensure that you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the training.

Our graduates have gone on to teach in their own communities, start their own businesses, and run retreats. The quality of our programmes is reflected in the Yoga Alliance certification we offer for our 200-hour and 300-hour courses. Upon completion, you will be eligible to become a registered yoga teacher and teach internationally.
