About
Pause Awhile Equestrian Centre is a well-established horse riding school located in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. Since 1980, this family-owned farm has been offering a range of services, including winter, March break, and summer camps, as well as schooling hunter shows. The centre provides boarding facilities and a riding school with certified instructors who work with a variety of school horses and ponies.
At Pause Awhile Equestrian Centre, riders of all levels are welcome, from first-time beginners to more advanced show riders. The centre's popular March Break Camp is a favourite among children, with campers enjoying two riding sessions per day alongside daily lessons and activities supervised by qualified first aid certified staff. Many campers who attend the March Break Camp end up becoming regular students in the riding school.
In addition to the March Break Camp, Pause Awhile Equestrian Centre also offers a summer camp program. The centre's summer camp sessions run throughout July and August, providing children with the opportunity to further develop their riding skills and horse care knowledge in a fun and supportive environment. With session dates and registration details available on their website, families can easily plan their child's summer activities.
